This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the School collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.

How we use collected information

The School may collect and use Students’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service
    Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  • To personalize user experience
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources provided in our School.
  • To send periodic emails
    We may use Student email addresses to send Students information and updates pertaining to their order. Student email addresses may also be used to respond to Student inquiries, questions, or other requests.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.

Student may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our School. In addition, these websites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Student, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

The School has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the School. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.


BAMZ Group Pty Ltd (BAMZ) provides the Online Course, which includes individual modules and other services including access to video content, questionnaires and associated materials (Online Course) as is, as an educational tool. It is up to you to assess whether the Online Course is suitable for you.

(a)             (General Information) All information provided by us is general information, as it’s not tailored to you or your specific needs. This includes information that is provided by us:

(i)              on this Website;

(ii)             as part of the Online Course; or

(iii)            provided by our personnel via any other website, via email or over the phone.                   

(b)             (Not up-to-date or accurate) While we make every effort to ensure that the information we provide in our Online Course is as up-to-date and accurate as possible, you acknowledge and agree that we do not (to the maximum extent permitted by law) guarantee that:

(i)              the Online Course will be free from errors or defects; or

(ii)             any information in the Online Course is up-to-date, accurate or true.

(c)             While the Online Course has been prepared with every effort to help you learn about carpet cleaning methods, equipment and products, the information provided in our Online Course is general in nature which is only designed to teach you about how you could carry out carpet cleaning activities

(d)             Our Online Course does not take into account your personal circumstances or specific goals.

(e)             All information provided as part of our Online Course is not intended to be professional advice of any kind and should not be relied on as such. Many factors will be important in determining whether you acquire clients, provide satisfactory services to those clients, or otherwise achieve any of your other goals in the area (Objectives), and there is no guarantee that you will be able to reach any of these aforementioned Objectives within any timeframe or at all.

(f)              You should obtain appropriate financial, legal and other professional advice before relying on the information provided during our Online Course. We make no representation or guarantee that our Online Course will be useful or relevant to you or that by applying any ideas, recommendations, methods or techniques in the Online Course you will achieve any particular outcomes.

(g)             You will be undertaking the Online Course entirely unsupervised. You agree that you will be partaking in this program on your own and any issues that occur are your responsibility.

(h)             Any reference made in the Online Course to a cleaning chemical, accessory, product or equipment (Product) is not a recommendation of the Product and should not be relied on as such. You are responsible for determining whether the Product is suitable for your requirements.

(i)              Your use of a Product is at your own risk. You are responsible for using a Product safely and in accordance with its manufacturer’s directions.

(j)              To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all express or implied representations and warranties not expressly stated in this disclaimer are excluded. However, nothing in this agreement is intended to limit the operation of the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL).

(k)             To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless BAMZ and its Personnel for any loss or liability arising out of your participation in the Online Course. If any liability cannot be excluded, then to the extent BAMZ is liable, the maximum aggregate liability of BAMZ to you in respect of loss or damage sustained by you under or in connection with the Online Course is limited to the total Fees paid to BAMZ for the relevant Online Course giving rise to the relevant liability.

(l)              BAMZ will not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss or damages arising under or in connection with this disclaimer or any goods or services provided by BAMZ, except to the extent this liability cannot be excluded under the ACL or any other applicable law.
